I particularly loved this challenge because 1) we are not a huge dairy family 2) how healthy can dairy recipes be?
Perhaps not ideal as a winter snack, but definitely perfect for our little teether and her inflamed gums! Also, our toddler is obsessed with cereal bars right now.. So i hope you enjoy!
I N G R E D I E N T S :
Yogurt (we used Fair Cape Dairies plain / strawberry yoghurt)
M E T H O D :
1 – Lining a baking sheet/ parchment paper into a glass dish
2- Layer granola base
3- In a large mixing bowl combine your yogurt, honey, vanilla and lemon juice.
4- Whisk your yogurt until it’s thoroughly combined.
5- Carefully pour yoghurt onto on the granol. Spread evenly
6- Place toppings of choice
7- Freeze for 2-3 hours
Serve chilled & enjoy at breakfast, or all day long
